Privacy policy

Protecting your personal data is important to us. In accordance with Art. 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we inform you below which data is processed when you visit this website.

1. Controller

2. Server log files

When you visit the website, our hosting provider automatically stores technical data (IP address, date and time, page requested, referrer, browser and operating system). This data is required for the secure and stable operation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and is deleted after a short time. It is not combined with other data.

3. Contact by e-mail or phone

If you contact us, we process your details to answer your enquiry and, where applicable, to prepare your stay (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer needed, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

4. Request form

If you contact us via the request form, your details (name, e-mail, phone, travel dates, number of guests, message) are sent to us by e-mail via our web server and used exclusively to handle your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). To prevent misuse, your IP address is stored in hashed form for no longer than one hour. No third-party services such as reCAPTCHA are used.

5. Fonts (Adobe Fonts)

For a consistent appearance we use fonts from Adobe Fonts, a service of Adobe Systems Software Ireland Ltd., 4–6 Riverwalk, Citywest Business Campus, Dublin 24, Ireland (“Adobe”). When you open a page, your browser loads the fonts directly from Adobe servers. In doing so, your IP address and technical information (e.g. browser, page visited and domain) are transmitted to Adobe. According to Adobe, no cookies are set and the data is only used to provide and bill the service. A transfer to the USA cannot be ruled out. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a consistent and attractive presentation of our website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). You can object to this processing by blocking external fonts in your browser; the website will then be displayed with substitute fonts. 6. External links

Our website contains links to Google Maps and to partner websites (e.g. weather service, tourist board, Dolomiti Superski). No content from these providers is embedded; data is only transmitted when you click a link, in which case the provider’s own privacy policy applies.

7. Cookies and analytics

This website does not set cookies and does not use any analytics or advertising services. The fact that you have closed the notice on Adobe Fonts is stored only locally in your browser (local storage).

8. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection to processing and withdrawal of any consent given, with effect for the future (Art. 15–21 GDPR).
